Our Play It Foreward 518 team has been busy planning our upcoming 8th annual golf tournament
presented by Prime Companies, and we are excited to welcome you back to the Van Patten Golf Course
on Thursday, August 10th! 
 

Our registration form provides essential details about our event, and as always, if you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We have included some important updates about this year’s event below for reference.

• Thank You! – We want to thank you for your generous support of Play It Forweard 518 over the
  years. We could not do what we do without our loyal supporters. Since our inception in 2015,
  support from individuals like yourself has allowed us to raise over $160,000 to support hundreds
  of local patients and their families facing illness & hardship.
   

• 2023 Beneficiaries – Funds from this year’s event will again support key diversion activities for
  local children facing illness and hardship! We can’t wait to share the stories of the local patients
  and families we have assisted since last year’s tournament.
   

• 2023 Golf Participants – Many returning groups/participants have already secured their spot for
  this year’s event! Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will work with
  Van Patten to accommodate as many groups as possible and again appreciate your support.
