Join Play It Foreward 518 on August 17th for our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament presented by Prime Companies.

This year's tournament will be held at Van Patten Golf Course and plenty of spots are available as we will be utilizing all 27 holes!

 

Proceeds from this year's tournament will support Make-A-Wish NENY and The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer at Albany Medical Center.

 

Golfers will enjoy a day fun-filled day as they participate in an 18-hole scramble including:

 

• Continental breakfast

• Lunch on the turn

• Buffet reception

• Great raffle items
