On August 18, 2016 the 2nd Annual Play It Foreward 518 golf tournament presented by Prime Companies at Van Patten Golf Course in Clifton Park, NY.

 

This year's tournament welcomed 150+ golfers from across the Capital Region and raised $23,000 to support tournament beneficiaries Make-A-Wish NENY and the Melodies Center at Albany Medical Center.
