Join Play It Foreward 518 at Van Patten Golf Course on Thursday, August 15th for the 5th Annual Golf Tournament presented by Prime Companies.

 

Proceeds from this year's tournament will support Make-A-Wish NENY and The Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer at Albany Medical Center.

 

Golfers will enjoy a fun-filled day as they participate in an 18-hole scramble including:

 

• Continental Breakfast sponsored by Freihofer's Bakery & Capital City Coffee Roasters
   

• Lunch on the turn (Hamburger & Hotdog) sponsored by Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte & SEFCU Mortgage Services
   

• Buffet reception following golf sponsored by Mathnasium of Westmere
   

• Great raffle items and give aways!
